Try the Dove line of products.. the Pantene line is okay.. you didn't say if it was dry or oily.. Pantene doesn't work well for oily hair just makes it worse for me.

I have such fine hair I can’t use anything that adds weight like conditioning shampoos, heavy conditioners, hair spray, etc. I have to use a clarifying shampoo every time I wash it and then apply a small dot of conditioner onto my fingers and apply to the bottom half of my hair and none to my scalp. Otherwise my hair has no volume at all. It is shiny and healthy but superfine.
