What is the best shampoo and conditioner for fine, thin hair?

I have very fine and thin hair, that gets oily at the roots, but very dry at the ends. I want something that smells great, but won't weigh my hair down.

Try Tressemme's deep cleasing w/vitamin C, and no conditioner, or a leave-in if you really need it. Or get a perm

My hair was the same way, nothing worked on it. Salon shampoos that said they add volume and thickness did nothing but add weight and build-up.

L'oreal Pro Vive in the pink bottle.

Pure Abundance Shampoo and Conditioner from Aveda. It has clay in it that thicken each strand, it's very effective.

Oh honey I have the same problem. Bodyfull from Redken and just run the conditioner through the ends. Amplify from Matrix works well too. Try using a root lifter too to help you get the volume towards the roots. Root Boost from TIGI or Guts from Redken work really well. Finish with a good, light hairspray. I like Energylock from Graham Webb or Volume Spray from Kenra.
