I need help with flat irons, I have very thin hair...?

I have very thin hair it's kinda wavy on some spots but on the rest it's straight. But I want to make my "kinda wavy parts" straighter. I use a blowdryer but it doesn't work, the next day my hair is ruined. So I decided I was going to use a straightener, but I don't know which one to use. I want one that is affordable, NOT CHEAP, just not too expensive either. Do you have any suggestions? I hear the Chi is the best one but I think that my money would be wasted since my hair is already kinda straight. I also want one that won't break my hair or fry it as much. Please help it would be really appreciated.

Thank you!

Put your flat iron on the lowest setting. A Chi iron is the best. Also use Hair Wax, Leave-In Conditioner, or Heat Tamer to protect your hair.

Personally the one that works the best for me is the Conair Ceramic Pro Straightener. It has lots of different settings, and since your hair is really thin you can put it on one of the lower settings. I like it because it also shines your hair and gives it a glossy look. Hope I helped! :)

what price range? i'd suggest a ceramic one, those work best... just ask your stylist/chick in your nearest salon for one. i'd also suggest CHI. (thats the brand)

One that won't break easily and will last for a while will be on the more expensive side. I'd recomend getting an FHI from Folica.com. A Sedu is also a good straightener to get, but cost more than an FHI. You can set the FHI to different temperatures, so it won't fry your hair. CHI's break easily. If you do get a CHI (they are more expensive) you may want to get an older one, seeing as those don't break as easily.

Good Luck!
