well, i think the only reason to cut off all of your hair would be to get rid of bad damage, but if you get products like thickening shampoos and conditioners from pantene pro-v or any other "known" product with a thickness line, it should help you out.
I have relatively thin hair. If I shave it, will it grow back stronger?
