sometimes i use vitamin e in my bath water i poke 3 of them with a needle and put them in my water then i lay down and get my hair wet and rub my scalp let it soak about 5 min and wash as normal. i learned this while using vitamin e for a sunburn

I'd say trim your ends just a little and try using castor oil for your hair. I am currently trying this oil myself so I can't say if it really works, but I heard it thickens hair and moisturizes it just like most oils. Plus, you can get castor oil in most drugstores and it won't hurt to try.
