lol ive been trying to get my hair thicker. . and youre trying to get it thin. . .well then i guess i can tell you all the things i did that made my, and so many girls i know, hair to be thin.

Relaxing- If your hair has kink to in, relaxing is the perfect way to help it along, every month or so

Blow drying- Blow drying my hair (which i IMMEDIATELY stopped because it was making my hair thin) Turns my kink into thin hair. Not a regular Con-Air Dryer, but I'm talkin about the professional hair straightening/thinning blow dryers that create SMOKE when you dry it (dont worry it doesnt burn your hair, but it burns the ISHT out your scalp if it isnt done right [it wont injure you, although its hella hot] ) These dryers range from $50+ but its cheaper if you go to a salon. Dominican hair stylists specialize in "Blowing Out" your hair, and for me, its free with a wash (NYC) for $15-20

you can get the underside of you hair cut into layers, and that will help to remove the bulk. my sister did it, and it made a huge difference.

Pretty much the only way is to get your hair dresser to "thin it" by cutting out som of the length. It works, but you have to get it done again when it starts to fill out again.
